opening new iTunes acct. is there any way to save the gifted playlist recv'd with my nano. fear content will be erased when I sync with new acct.

would like to preserve the playlist that was gifted with the nano I recieved

I will open a new iTunes accout to further furnish this iPod.

I am afraid that when I attempt to sync to a new blank iTunes acct. it will erase content existing on the nano.

any info. re. the successful transfer of this content to the new nano would be appreciated.
