Q: my iphone is not sending texts or connecting to the internet

My iphone is slow at sending texts or does not send them at all. It is also having trouble connecting to the internet.

please be more specific:

Is this when you are on WiFi? or only when you're on 3G?
Does it keep losing connection or does it say you have full signal and is still slow?

please answer the questions above nd then maybe i can help you out

Are you in an area with good cell coverage?

Try turning Airplane mode on/off or restarting the iPhone.

If that doesn't do it, take a look at this Apple doc -> iOS: Troubleshooting Messages
