Thanks Tom.

I am still trying to comprehend your suggestion. I can't figure out a way to activate the email option.

Step 1 - I have nearly completed an iPhoto Book on my old iMac. I will be on the road for an extended period of time and can't take my old iMac desktop with me. I was hoping to finish the iPhoto book on my macbook pro while I am gone. That is the main reason for wanting to transfer .

Step 2 - Reason two is my iMac is too old to load the iBooks author software which is forcing me to transfer it to another computer.
