Q: Playlists - Seperate Computer from Initial iMatch subscription

I have two computers with my iTunes library, one with my playlists and one without. I subscribed from the computer without the playlists, I fear that if i turn match on with my computer with the playlists they'll be over-ridden and deleted, is this the case?

Please help as its driving me nuts but I do not want to lose those playlists which took forever to update!
