Traveling internationally. What is the iphone 4 charging voltage range?

Found my own answer, so in case anyone else has this question...the answer is on the small charging device that connects the USB end of the charging cable to the wall outlet. 110V-240V. So, just an adapter plug will be required for most countries.
The iphone's charging voltage is 5 volts at 2.1 Amps. The input voltage, that is the plug in charging unit can be whatever the adapter is rated for.
ie. 240 volts, 110 Volts or (12Volts DC. Car adapter )

The output voltage must be 5Volts DC The output amps should be 2.1A or more it is not critical, the phone will only use the amperage it requires.
However if your output is less than 2.1 A it may not work or will be very slow.
amps are a measurement of how much current can be drawn from a charger before it is forced to lower the volts
they are not pushed it's not how ohm law works so there is no such thing as maximum ampere for the iphone charger
