How can I mount a drive?

I have an external drive that I unmounted and can't find how to re-mount? It doesn't show up in disk utility or anywhere.

Hello, either turn off the drive, wait, turn on the drive, or disconnect/reconnect it... strange it doesn't show in DU though.

Hello - No it doesn't show through DU and I did all of that - did it again and works. Sorry for such a dumb question..
