Hi, I recently purchased a triple play blu ray and when it came to redeem my code on iTunes I just get a blank redeem box - no download commences or anything? Could this be a faulty code? Any help would be great.

Are you sure it is still valid? I recall reading some companies were, uh, 'slimy' about putting in very limited validation periods and still selling discs with expired digital validation.
I purchased the disc today and the code is valid until 03/09/2014. Very frustrating.
