    What do you mean by skip them?  Just don't navigate to the podcasts playlists or content.  Or better yet, don't sync podcasts to the Shuffle.

    What do you mean? I seem to have no choice as to what can be included in Shuffle (other than between the levels of the contents of one playlist/folder and my whole library - which includes podcasts). In other words it throws podcasts into the shuffle. And anytime I actually intentionally watch a podcast and then return to the Up Next Playlist it will intersperse a bunch of extra podcasts randomly into my Up Next selection which I then have to go through and manually delete. Am I missing something simple like being able to choose Music instead of Library to shuffle? If so how can that be done? (Talking about i-tunes 11 - never happened with i-tunes 10)
