Q: Is it possible to mirror my macbook to the tv using Apple tv to have the web up there and etc?

I would like to view powerpoints and surf the web and play music through my tv by wirelessly syncing my mac to apple tv. is this possible?

AppleTV 2, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
