Please advise. Ever since I downloaded the new Mountain Lion OS every time I go to a web site that uses flash or some kind of video streaming, I get a messages indicateing "Blocked Plug-ins". How do I get rid of this so that I can go to my favorite sites in Safari? I do not experience this problem with Firefox or other browsers.

I have the same problem and have just updated from the link you posted but it still comes up as blocked plug in from a government site that I use regularly???...Would really appreciate any help you could offer...
Apple automatically blocks outdated versions of Flash "for your own protection".

Thank you SO MUCH for this simple fix. I was getting all kinds of crazy answers to fix the issue and it was as simple as downloading a new version of Flash.

After downloading the updated version of Flash, have you double-clicked on the downloaded file to run the installer?
