my Apple TV has worked for Netflix for about a year (since it was new). Suddenly I can get on Netflix, select a movie but when I hit play I get a pinning wheel and a sign that says to try later. I can get netflix on my lap top without a problem...help?

My AppleTV is about a year old. Since it was installed I could view Netflix content by selecting Netflix. Recently, though I can select Netflix and select a film, once I hit play I get a black screen with a spinning wheel and then a black screen with a message to try again later. Interestingly I can place my laptop next to the AppleTV and view Netflix sourced from the same router without problem. Netflix is not the issue. It seems to be a problem with the AppleTV and Netflix. The AppleTV works fine with iTunes. Any ideas? I have rebooted the router and the AppleTV without success.

Also if you have the first gen black box (the small one latest Apple TV) and upgraded it went from 720 to 1084 and the resolution is to much the the first black box Apple TV version cause there is not enough memory. If you where to buy a Apple TV today it will work cause there is more memory. You can turn down the resolution to 720 and things will go back to the way they were before.
