I preordered 2 iPhone 5s thru AT&T last night (around 12:47am PST) and was sent the first emails (each email for each order) notifying that they should be delivered to me by 9/21/2012. About an hour later, I received second emails indicating that the orders are processed. Tracking numbers still say "pending shipment", but all look good so far.
Let's open this thread to keep track of our AT&T preorders status, so we can share our order situations.
I actually ordered the 24th not 25th but this morning both black and white 16's went ofF back order hoping to get shipping info soon. So ppl who ordered 21-24 16's should be seeing some progress. Good luck stay patient.
Can some one please confirm you can order an at&t iphone 5 online? I have been trying for the past 3 weeks and it says it counldn't connect to the server. I am trying to order it through apple online store. Someone please confirm, I have posted this 3 times on 3 different websites and no luck!!
toughmudder_vet: It will be your turn really soon. And i'm glad i gave you hope 🙂 At&t never follows the first come first serve idea. Some 9/23 went off BO today. Like wow are you serious? I know how you feel. My white did went off BO and got shipping info yesterday but another white is still on BO. And it was processed on 9/21. I was seriously wowing and mad!! Both were processed on 9/21 but only one is on it's way. Like why? So i feel you 😟 Yup. I'd advice people to do it through apple. I'm sure they will get it much faster. Don't pick this route. Right? People go to the stores and get one while we have to suffer like this... Oh really? They have them everyday? Jeez they are too slow...
They put the money on hold in my account and won't deduct it till the item ships. And second I can see my order on the site but still says processing

As soon as you order it should be processing. My said processing from day one. Have you tried calling 1-877-782-8870 enter your zip and phone number.
OMG this makes me crazy. I'm happy that you're getting the ones you ordered on 24th or 25th, but my white 16g from 9.22 is never going to get here. ha.... drama
I should have thrown the temper tantrum a few days ago.........literally 10 minutes later, I'm off BACK ORDER!

Mission accomplished! Now gotta keep track of the next one ~.~ 10/3 white 16gb. Guess it's gonna take another 2 weeks.

wow so after all this and them swiping and unswiping they have no record of my order but i have a recipt etc so *** is going on this is total bs. now im on hold with att so they can talk to the in store rep who did my order she asked if i would like to be called back i said no i WILL WAIT

I ordered my white 16 gb iPhone 5 on 9/23 at the AT&T store. It's still on back order at the time of submission. I am super frustrated with the effort from Apple and AT&T to fulfill my order. Anyone who ordered theirs on 9/23 get theirs yet?
