    I ordered 16gb black on sept 21st and received an email about tracking on sunday the 14th.

    I have a question on the ATT 30 day return policy on new/reneweled contracts...

    Say i receive and activate the phone tomorrow. will that 30 days start then? or it has already started on the day of my order?

     

    also, att recently changed that from 30 days to 14 days. they say that orders placed before oct 6ths will have 30 days, and after will be 14 days. will i fall under the new 14 days or the old 30 days? since my order was technically placed before the 6th, but will be activated after the 6th.

     

    i'm only asking because i think there may be a strong possibility that i dont find enough excitement in iphone 5 to keep it, since lumia 920 is coming out right around the corner... and straight talk unlimited everything seem to be only 45 dollars.

    I would 100% confirm with someone knowledgeable at AT&T regardless of what people here say. Per "Janell" from att.com chat, you are good for 30 days as long as you placed your order before Oct 7th but then she said it starts from the day I placed my order??? She had to "double check" everything she was typing so I really dont think she knew what she was saying but she did stand by what she was saying. I might not even receive my phone within 30 days!

    Ordered mine on 21st SEP and my order status still shows back order '1'. I do see many 21st SEP dates saying their phone is shipped. Anyone with the same order date still hasn't received the tracking info?

    I too ordered Sept 21st (black 16gb) and it still hasn't shipped. I have been tracking from the AT&T Wireless Order Status web page which doesnt show if it's backordered or not but it shows "Processing" and "Pending Shipment", the same thing it's been showing for weeks...

    If you go to https://wireless.att.com/order_status/ you can check if it's on backorder or not!

    Black or White? The black 16gb are shipping recently, but not the white.

    i ordered min on the 25 sept and it still says processing shipment and pending and i went into the store to do it :/

    I ordered a black and white 16GB at 5pm on 9/21 at the at&t store.  Both phones have just been removed from "back order" status.

    I ordered a White 16GB on-line on Sept. 20th and it has shipped and now have a tracking number via UPS. Shipping dates via ATT were spot on so really can't complain.

    Just an hour back mine is back order '1' and now I see it is '0'. Should be shipping out soon. I ordered 16GB BLK on 09/21 at around 5:30 PM in ATT store.

    Shouldn't be long now.  I ordered the blk 16g on 9/20 I got an email with tracking # this morning.
