Q: I cant locate the facetime app on my phone

There is no Facetime App. It is an option available when viewing someone's contact listing in the Phone or Contacts App.

If FaceTime is not available in Settings: Note that FaceTime may not be available on devices purchased or used in certain countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

There is no FT icon on the iPhone, only the iPad.

There is no FaceTime app on an iPhone. To get to FaceTime. Go to contacts, select the person that you want to FaceTime, and scroll down to the bottom of the contact. There will be a button that you can press that says FaceTime. Click on the button and this time whoever you wanted to.
