Where is it info button so I can sync my 4s to my computer

There is no 'info' button when you sync to the computer. You connect your phone to the computer, open iTunes, select your phone under devices on the left, then click 'sync' on the lower right in the summary page.

You can use iTunes to sync the contacts, calendars, notes, Safari bookmarks, and email account information on your computer with your iPod, iPhone, or iPad. iTunes also syncs this information from your device to your computer—for example, if you add contacts on your iPad, syncing adds those contacts to Contacts on your computer (or Address Book, in some versions of OS X).
When you sync, iTunes determines whether your device or your computer contains the most recent information, and lets you choose the information you want to sync.
Note: These instructions apply only if you use OS X v.10.8.5 or earlier. If you use OS X Mavericks v.10.9 or later, your contacts, calendars, and other info are updated on your computers and iOS devices via iCloud. For more information, see iCloud Help aticloud.com.

Sync contacts and other info with iPod nano or iPod classic
If you have problems syncing, try syncing only certain information. For example, deselect the Sync checkboxes on the Music, Photos, Podcasts, and Video panes, and try syncing only Info.
You can also sync information wirelessly with your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad using iCloud or Microsoft Exchange. Any items you sync with these applications can also be synced with iTunes. See the documentation for iCloud and Microsoft Exchange for further details.

I, like many others, do not want my contacts and personal info floating around out there in cycber space for anyone to access. I don't care how "SECURE" you think it is, IT ISN'T. I want to be able to sync my contacts from MY COMPUTER to MY MOBILE devices with a simple cord. Apple needs to get off it's high horse and give us back control of our data.
