If you purchased AppleCare + at the time you purchased your phone, you would be entitled to a replacement for $49. But if you did not, you can only qualify for an "out of warranty" replacement at about 50% of the cost of your phone.

if you call apple care they can set you up for a replacement, it will be 199$ with out APP+ like rbrylawski said
