Keyboard not working. Can't log in

Hello all:

I have last model MacBook air with external keyboard.


I have been changing keyboard layouts and accidentally deleted apple keyboard file.


Now when turning MacBook air on, keyboard doesn't work, I can't type the password and so can't log in.


Please help.!

MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
