no turning off

Hi, I have This MacBook Pro. Sometimes when I want to turn it off the spinweel goes forever and I have to turn it off by using the on/off switch. When I turn on the mac after this issue happens, the first screen shows me a dialog box telling me about this unusual turning off way that I performed.

Can you help me? I allready did "restor hard disk" at disk aplications and also run Mackeeper, issue persists.

Tanks,

Walter Schlender

Argentina.

1. Do not use MacKeeper. It creates lots of problems. Uninstall it.

2. Please do not publish the serial # of the computer.

3. Applications may be running when you try to shutdown the computer.

Quit all the applications before you try to shutdown the computer.

If needed, use the Force Quit.

Force Quit.

Press command + option + esc keys on the keyboard.

Wait until the Force Quit window shows up.

Select the application, if not already.

Press the Force Quit button. Wait.

Application will quit.

Best.
