Recovery Mode Applies to 10.7 and later... Snow leopard is 10.6
What are you attempting to do.

I want to make an clean install of my Mac mini 10.6.8 (snow leopard) i dont have the installers discs anymore.
It's late 2011
Thanks
Obtaining another 10.6 DVD is not expensive. The following link has relevant info if you live in the U.S.
If you will call Apple and give them your serial number, they will send you machine specific disks for a nominal charge - you should seriously consider doing that. You never know when you might need them for a reinstall, a hardware test, or when you sell your machine, you will need to give those to the buyer.

As already suggested... Contact AppleCare and request Replacement Discs(s)...
There will be a handling charge and you will need the Serial Number of your Mac...
