Q: Hi guys. Why doesn't my iPhone 4 show 'personal hotspot' in the network settings? Is it something that is only enabled when my service provider supports it or is there something I need to fix on the iPhone itself? PS: I have the latest firmware already.

You'll see the option WHEN you order the service from your provider.

What carrier are you on? Because I know AT&T only allows the personal hotspot if you are signed up for the 5GB data plan...

I am on Orange Uganda. There is an earlier response that advises me to request it from my carrier. Let me try that and see whether it helps.
