Q: the camera on my macbook has stopped working

(1) If you are using OS X, restarting Mac may fix your cam.

(BTW - Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD."  Regardless of the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

(2) If your " Other OS " is Windows®, get driver/installation help for your version at http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/
