airport utility can't be installed...! Help!!!

Hi, I just installed the airport utility disk to install soft wear and I can't go any further as it says the OS X isn't supported on this volume...? Do I need a different utility install disk? Thanks for help.

P.S. Im trying to play itunes from my mac book pro through bose 321 surround. This is the reason for the airport express.
