does the 7th generation iPod nano have a built in speaker? i have looked through the site and i have not found any results on this and i was just curious if anyone else knows the answer here.

My ipod is 7th gen and it DOESN'T have speakers. Now that might just be a problem with my ipod, but it never did have one as far as I'm concerned. It might do you good to email an apple representative about this.
The Nano 7G does not have external speakers. You need to use a wired headset or a BT headset/speaker etc.
