Is that possible to exchange my recently bought ipod touch 4 to the new one? I'm so regret!

I heard of an exchange problem last year which allowed people to exchange for a new published Ipod(or Iphone?) if you had just bought the ipod(or iphone) recently....
ive been hearing 14 but maybe 30 days but those are other items but it might help if its withn 30, other than that, i would talk to who ever u got it from.
There's no way out....
eBay is the only solution..
