iCloudYou need to take it to your nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Dealer and have them take a look at it. It appears as though there may have been some damange done when you splashed water on it....

Sep 15, 2012 10:29 PM in response to super sonic 1000by brandonlundh,You can check to see if the liquid contact indicator has been activated. See this article for instructions on how to identify the state of the liquid contacti indicator(s) on your device. If they do not show liquid contact and you feel the charging issue is not due to liquid contact, you may contact AppleCare Support at 1-800-275-2273 or make a reservation to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Retail Store to determine your phone's eligibility for repair.

Sep 15, 2012 10:34 PM in response to super sonic 1000by brad805,Liquid damage is unpredictable. It can manifest immediately to months later. Clean your iPhone charging port with a clean toothbrush and some Isopropyll Alcohol. This can clean the corrosion that water causes.
