Hello,
I'm having the same symptoms that are listed in KB TS3560 (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3560) where mobile accounts take a while to login. Therefore, I've been trying to follow the resolution steps and I'm stuck on step 4. After opening Perferences in Workgroup Manager I can't see a Show All Records tab; instead I all I can see is an Overview and Details tab which then lists things such as Applications, Classic, Dock, etc.
I was wondering if anyone can direct me in the right direction to complete step 4.
