Mine is "In Progress" as well.
When did you place the order
It was completed by 9:15am on last Friday.
I should include Eastern Time and it was up until today listed as backorder.
Did you approve the terms and conditions before 9:15
I signed the terms and conditions at the store when I ordered. I had to sign on the reps keypad with a stylus.
I just spoke to an AT&T rep, she told me that you can cancel the preorder and you can get it to the upgrade price from the apple or AT&T retail store,,, for cancellation she put my call on hold for 20 mins and transfer the call to the another department another department rep says right now our system says you don't hav any orders so we can't cancel the order.... Really they don't have any idea they are just playing with words.
Wow, I'm quite jealous. I pre ordered 3 iPhone 5's at my local at&t store last Thursday and they're all stuck on back ordered 1. Any day now..
I preordered mine on 9/25/12 and it still says processing and the AT&T rep said 21-28 days

I ordered my iPhone 5 on September 15th and it's still listed as Processing with a delivery date of October 10 thru 16th??? Feel lost.
If you ordered from apple you can pick it from the apple store
Pre- ordered on the 9/14 16g white, still says processing! From ATT. They'll probably be in the stores before mine ships.
I orderd my Iphone5 16G in Black on 9/26. It shows pending shipment now for almost two weeks. No other change. called AT&T and they are no help. I want my phone.
