will the 5th generation iPod touch have Siri? if yes, will it have just as much features as Siri does on the iPhone? or will it be limited functionality?

I would believe so. The iPod Touch 5g still does not have phone/text abilities so those are out of the question. You can say Message "_____" "whoever" for iMessage most likely, but everything else should be the same as the iPhone.
