I would like to ask somebody for a small help.
I just bought Apple audio cable and try to connect my iPod classic or iPad 2 to the more types of TVs but always only voice was working. I could not see anything just listen.
Can somebody give me an advice how to manage it the right way to be able to see also the films a have in my iPod on the television?

Is TV Out enabled on the device in Videos -> Video Settings?

I'm not going via video but directly to the TB. I've got Panasonic Viera and I'm using the synch that I use also for video camera without any trouble.

What do you mean? You have to enable the TV Out setting on the iPod either way. Any other way will not work.

Can you expand on this? What is sync? Just because it works for your video camera doesn't mean its compatible with your iPod Classic.

But it is still not working. I see this message on the screen of the iPod.

With the iPod still connected, try resetting it by pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Did you switch to Component Input on the TV?

have the same problem dude...any news on any soulutions? i think its the update of the software...itunes or the firmware of the ipod...cuz before i dont have any problems doin this...after the updates on firmware and itunes...this problem happened to me....

Mine is a ipod classic 80gig 1.1.2 version the latest one ... I dont know watch wrong but when i use my ipod touch and iphone its working...i could watch the videos same videos i put in my ipod classic...
And this was working previously with your iPod 80 GB correct? Do you know of anyting they have may changed since the last time it successfully connected and operated?

The only things the i could remember thats been changed before this happened was my itunes was updated then i restoredy ipod to factory settings...cuz i reformatted my pc at that time...
Hi, B-rock I tried to reset the iPod while is connected byt it didn't help.
Still the same on the iPod screen "TV Out Enabled. Please connect video acsessory.".
