I have purchased, and installed OS X Mountain Lion from the iTunes Store. It is not reflected in prior purchases, but I have an email receipt and I am running it on my MBP. Without the purchase history, I am unable to load it onto my other Macs within my household without purchasing another copy. How do I fix this?--John

Try signing out and back into the app store. Then hold option down on your keyboard and clicking on the purchases tab to see if your purchase is hidden

Instead of the itunes Store look in the Apps Store in Purchases. Should be in your dock or Applications Folder.

Purchase is not listed in either location.
If that didn't work and you still have the email receipt, please call into applecare and ask them to contact iTunes store chat support to see why it may not be showing.
