how do i monitor my time capsule

I would like to be able to monitor the activity on my home network. I'm using time capsule, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any good reporting via Airport Utility. Is it possible and, if so, how, do I monitor traffic? I would like to see all attached devices and understand what activity they are doing. Ideally there would be a way to translate MAC IDs it the specific device and also translate IP information into intelligence about what people each device is actually doing on the network - for example, streaming a show via Hulu, on facebook, etc.
