How much is an iPod Touch 4G 32GB worth in an exchange?

I have a black iPod touch fourth generation 32GB with a lot of scratches on back and none in front. how much would I save if I exchanged this for either a new iPod Touch 32 GB or an iPhone 32GB 5th Generation. (both are 300$ once they're out).
