How do I delete someone else's ID account in my App's on my Mac?

That's not doing it. When I go to the App store to try and d/load it, I see Update.

When I click on Update, I get this message.

"You have updates available for other accounts. Sign in to xyxyxyxy@mac.com to update applications for that account."

That account doesn't belong to me.

That's the problem, I never purchased anything under a different ID.

I'll give it a go and let you know what I come up with.

I tried rebuilding Spotlight and following your instructions, but it didn't fix the problem.

Do you know how to delete the Update? Even if I delete it under Purchases, it still remains in the Updates section.

Thanks for the info Link, but after following your instructions, I'm still seeing the Update next to the Pinpoint App.

This seems to be a deep rooted issue.

I did purchase it on my MacBook Air which is seeing my ID, but when I try on my Mac Pro, it see's the other person's ID and even if I wanted to buy it, I can't. When I go to the App store, it see's PinPoint as an "Update", not purchase. Thanks!

Ok, I followed the instruction you provided, but there's no x button. In my Users and Groups, I'm logged in as Admin, so I should be seeing the x.

Should I just delete it from the Applications folder? Also, how do I get it back?
