how do you cancel an appointment from genius bar reservation

Go to the reservation and cancell it.

I started at that URL and couldn't see a place to cancel my reservation, so I called Apple. The lady said I didn't need to cancel it, that it would be all right, and that the next customer would just move up into that slot.
I couldn't find the cancel appointment button either. I went through and accidentally made another appointment. Once made I had an option to 'view appointments'. Through this I could see both appointments - each will a 'cancel' or 'edit' option.
I cancelled mine by logging into my e-mail which is also my apple ID username and clicked on the e-mail from Apple that confirmed my appointment and it shows in blue letters "cancel or reschedule reservation" . Hope this helps! 🙂
If you made a Genius appointment, you will receive an e-mail about that appointment. When you click on that e-mail, there should be a link saying 'Need to change your appointment?'. Click on that then sign in with your Apple ID. Then click on 'Reschedule'. Then you'll be able to modify your appointment or cancel it.
Thank you for the link. I couldn't find my original email with the appointment on it so I could not figure out how to cancel the appointment. It is nearly impossible to find this information on apple's site. Thank you again

When you made an appt. you should've gotten an e-mail open it, you will be able to see the appt. you made just open the apple appt. and sign in and you'll be able to change or cancel it.
I have a 2:20 Genius Bar reservation at Apple Southdale, Edina, MN. I want to cancel that reservation.
