Keyboard shortcuts mixed up after Lion upgrade

I just upgraded my mid 2010 Macbook Pro to Mountain Lion. Now my keyboard shortcuts are gone and basic shortcuts like Command-C don't work as they should. For example when I press Command-C (to copy) I get the ç character. Command-V (to paste) gives me this √.

None of my custom shortcuts work like the ones I set for Omnifocus and Launchbar.

I looked through the keyboard preferences but couldn't find any settings to fix this.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

OK, I think I found the culprit. I had an old app called DoubleCommand installed (it pays to clean house once in a while). I had is set to switch the Option and Command keys (mast have been for my Microsoft keyboard).

Once I changed the settings my Command key is back to normal. Now it's probably time to get a proper Mac keyboard.
