Migration Assistant - PC to Mac

I'm trying to use migration assisant from my PC to my Mac, but my PC is saying that it can't make a connection with the Mac, although the Mac is connecting with the PC. Help?

Macs don't mount all NTFS drives that well on its own. What means are you using and how are they connected?
