Q: Why can't I unlock the volume on my iPod?

Can't get the volume on my iPod Classic to go loud enough to hear. It's locked and I don't have the combination and don't know how to unlock it. Help.

If you do not remember the volume limit lock, your only option is to connect the iPod to iTunes and restore it to factory settings.
