Voice recognition, recognising you?

Has anyone succeeded to properly use the voice recognition on Mac Book Pro?
The average try, in order to the bot to understand request from my share, is about 5 times. I did calibrate the microphone (that's what it says it does but it doesn't seem to recall any settings...)

Any courageous and incredibly patient people has tryed to use that fonction?
