rMPB still having ghosting issues, told to take to SimplyMac?

I got the Retina Macbook Pro when it first came out and I've had ghosting issues ever since I got it. I finally called support and they ended up transferring me to a senior supervisor. She told me to take it to SimplyMac to get it repaired. Will my warranty cover the cost? Why should I have to pay money when I bought it this way. I also need my computer daily for work and simply won't be able to just go without a computer for a few days while they fix it. I feel like the warranty should cover me for a new laptop.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
