I think so but if you're orderikng large photos they may be a bit fuzzy depending on the pixel dimensions. What are the pixel dimensions of the image giving the warning and what size print are you ordering?
Here are the results of a print test that I ran. The pixel dimensions are the minimum that won't give a warning for the sizes shown:

Yes but with no quality guarantee. You get what you get
The key is what pixel size the photos are and what the print size is.
150 dpi and above will be good and give no warning
50 dpi will be pooe
100 dpi will noticeably lower quality but probably acceptable to most people
