How do I get my 27 CD G Karaoke Dics on my iPod Touch?

I just bought an iPod Touch and I would like to put all of my CD+G Song Discs on it so that I can connect to my Singing Machine which is made for IPod and play them on the Singing Machine instead of having to go disc by disc?

Anyone know How i do this?

Copy the CD music to your computer and then sync to the iPod.

Ok that sounds great, but how do i sync to my iPod without using iTunes?

Since iTunes exists for the purpose of syncing IOS devices, you can't.
