so after I did all of stuff that told me to before I send my phone, what do I do next?
Just go to local UPS or post office and ship my damage phone to where? and do I need to pay for shipping?
Also how long would it take for me to have a new phone that is working? And I found out that one of the side of speaker does not work either.

You might want to contact Apple Support. Here's how:
The iPhone 4S has only 1 speaker (mono). If you hold the iPhone in front of you, bottom left is a microphone the bottom right is the speaker. (There's another microphone on the top near to the earphone outlet, it is meant for noise cancellation.)
Take the info Apple gave you (like case number) along to UPS. They will pack and ship for no cost to you. You will get the phone back in about 3-5 days.
