I don't know much about this printer but I would say that first you would need to download the drivers from Panasonic:

(you may not actually need to download the drivers as OS X has a lot of print drivers built in) and then attach it to your network. On the Mac mini, go to System Preferences, Print & Fax and the + button. Your printer should appear on the list. If it doesn't, try going to Windows on the top bar of the "Add Printer" window.

FWIW, I have the MB2000 and I also downloaded the driver package from Panasonic. I hooked it up to USB and followed the installer intructions. In System Prefs it does see the printer but defaults to some generic printer postsript driver. This didn't work.

Then I found an old document by Panasonic for older versions of OSX, it seemed to indicate that there is a PPD folder in the Library/Printer location and there I would find the driver.

Located the file, still not working via USB.

At that point I was about to send the printer back. I came across an Amazon purchaser who found he made it work via his Airport Extreme.

I hooked up the printer to the USB port and found it fine, then located the PPD folder and set the MB2000 file as the driver....it worked! Except that the scanner was not recognised.

For some reason I also had an Ethernet cabled attached to the AE. Coming back to the computer after a while, it had 'discovered' the scanner, via Ethernet. It even had the driver file already designated.

So it seems the software package does 'work' but only if you have an AE.

Anyways, i have written a nice stinky letter to Panasonic UK telling them in polite English that their drivers suck. I am interested to get their reply.
