Assuming you mean Adobe Flash. No. Mobile Flash is dead. Adobe killed it and is not allowing installations of any existing versions on any platform.

The Puffin browser, available in the app store for a few bucks runs flash via a workaround. You can get a free trial version which will run flash for 14 days so you can see if it does what you need. A side benefit of Puffin, is that it displays full web sites, not the mobile web sites. This is very useful for some purposes such as banking options not available on mobile. I got it for a trip I was taking, and still use it from time to time when a site doesn't display properly on Safari.

Yep as sk8Dreams says just get the paid version and change your user advent in setting to desktop to get full sites instead of mobile ones

Anyway Adobe doesn't support flash anymore for ANY mobile devices. They stopped mobile flash developement last year. No matter what kind of mobile device you buy today , flash is no longer included in it.

Depending on what you need it for, Puffin works well. I just wanted to use a flash powered chat while away from home. There are other options, but that one worked best for me.
