remote unlock of ipad or ipod touch

I know I can remotely lock an iPad or iPod Touch using iCloud. However, I am looking to be able to remotely "unlock" as well as "lock" the devices so that I can limit access to the devices for the kids without being present locally and giving away the password.

Is there any app or other method to do this ?
