what fonts are available on iBook author?

What are my font options for iBook author? Am I stuck with what is loaded on the application or can I load my own?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.7)

If you intend to build a book for use on iPad you are obligated to use the iOS compatible fonts from the toolbar font menu pulldown, not the main font menu.

As mentioned before, only the iOS fonts can be used for text in iBook Author. Here's Apple's info on the matter

If you need to use other fonts, then unless you use an image, you're stuck. Sorry.
