That crash report is a well known problem.

A framework in your library is missing. Usually this is caused by installing Final Cut. Did you recently install this?

The safest way to restore the framework to your library would be to reinstall your MacOS. If you have a backup of your system from the time before the error occured, you could also try to restore the PluginManager.framework to your System Library from your TimeMachine backup.

You need to restore the directory /Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework

You are welcome. Great you could restore the library.

and i looked for the plist to delete it but i dont find it.

For future reference: The user library is hidden in MacOS X 10.8

To remove the plist you can reveal your User Library from the Finder's "Go" menu. Click "Go", hold down the option key ⌥ until "Library" appears in the drop down menu. Then you can open the library and go to the Preferences folder.
