How to delete ipad photos that were computer synced to it?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), iOS 5.1.1

You have to deselect the photos in iTunes and then sync again to remove them.


Connect the iPad to the Mac and launch iTunes.

Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.

Click on the Photos Tab on the right.

Deselect all of the photos, albums, events, etc that you want to remove - or deselect the Sync Photos from heading if you want to remove them all.

Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
