Complete the album problems

I bought 2 separate EPs by a band and when I went too buy the new album on release day it told me I could only complete the album now these 2 songs are not in the album and still in there respective EPs, how can I get them in the album so there in order

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 5.1.1
