Screen sharing fails to connect

Hi I have just required a Mac Mini and attempted to Screen Share from my Mac Air book and cannot connect from my Mac Air to the Mini. However I can connect the other way around. Although the connection process can take 3-4 minutes and sometimes in an instance.

I have noticed that looking in the console.app, I get the following every few seconds.

Not sure if this helps in anyway, however it looks like the Sharing Server is just crashing out constantly.
